Since 1967 have specialized in obtaining permits and
other governmental authorizations to conduct development
in Florida, together with land sales, DRI's and Major
Conditional Uses. Primary work area -- Florida Keys;
Counsel for development of Ocean Reef Club, Port Bougainville,
Ocean Forest, Carysfort Yacht Club, Coral Harbour
Club, Little Palm Island, Aventura, Turnberry, The
Sanctuary, Coscan, Grand Harbor and others.

Represents clients before the Florida Legislature
on issues involving matters of finance and taxation,
growth management, government financing, communications,
transportation and domestic security.

Assists local government clients with non-ad valorem
assessment issues, annexation matters, and finance
and tax questions.

taxation, transportation and communications services.

Serves as special counsel to the Florida Association
